Mix it up!

Dive the same destination every trip? Maybe even the same resort with the same dive dive masters every trip?  Why not get out of your comfort zone every now and then.  Try a more exotic location. Try a Live aboard dive trip. Maybe a different type diving, like night dives or wreck dives or deep dives.  Many new specialty courses you haven't taken yet.  If you do individual travel maybe try a group trip and meet some new people.  It is a big sport with many areas to explore. C'mon, lets get after it.
